Wins national recognition for selling reduced consumption to a strained business sector

Our CMO, Monica Hatlestad, has been named B2B Marketing Manager of the Year 2026. The award recognizes her strong business acumen and ability to translate insights into measurable impact over time in one of the country's most demanding markets. Her results demonstrate that marketing at our company is a truly business-critical engine for growth.

It was during Kampanje's annual awards that Monica came out on top in tough competition against other national companies like Atea, Fiken, and Tripletex. 

The jury, led by Villen Cathrine Olander, describes Monica's work as a prime example of good B2B marketing.

– The winner has tackled one of the most difficult tasks in B2B, which is building trust in a category many would rather avoid dealing with, the jury leader stated during the awards ceremony.

In a power market characterized by low trust, low interest, and fierce competition, Monica made a bold strategic choice. She shifted our communication entirely away from technological features and price per kilowatt-hour. Instead, she sharpened the message towards what our customers actually care about, such as value, control, and real savings.

The results of the long-term and data-driven work are remarkable:

  • Quadrupled awareness in the market.
  • Halved customer churn.
  • Record-high revenue and earnings

The success was also recently awarded silver in the national competition ANFO Effekt.
