Challenge

One of the buildings in the portfolio had unexplainably high energy consumption across six different meters. Despite heating with both gas and electricity, and using an external operations company for ventilation, there was a lack of insight into the actual data to understand why consumption was so high and how to cut costs and grid rent.

Results
